I really like the machine but be careful. Sadly after a few uses i realised something was rolling around inside the machine (like a small screw) this didnt affect the machines foiling capabilities but i did return it to recieve a new one, which ive yet to try. I also tested a print from the laser printer and it works like a charm. To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Finished the project next day, no drama. I did read the instruction manual but didn't really have to. I have been looking at these for a while now after seeing it in action. But now that I have seen my results, I think it is worth the investment because I am going to use it a LOT. The Minc is heavier and definitely looks and feels like a higher quality product. It is extremely easy to use right out of the box. Read instructions carefully. Machine is ruined.
